As a condition of your usage of BusyTrade Forum, you are giving your default consent to BusyTrade that you will not use BusyTrade Forum for any purpose that is unlawful or prohibited by these terms, conditions and notices. You may not use BusyTrade Forum in any manner which could damage, disable, overburden, or impair BusyTrade Forum or interfere with any other party's use and enjoyment of the BusyTrade Forum. Registration & Login

Generally, you have to be registered to post or reply any threads within BusyTrade Forum. Once you press Sign Up on BusyTrade forum front page and submit the member information, you will be granted as a BusyTrade Forum Member. You can enter forum by simply press Hop in BusyTrade Forum, or you can press Become a Free Silver Member continue to register for BusyTrade Membership.

BusyTrade Forum is an inter-active platform designed for BusyTrade Members to communicate with each other and discuss on trade-related topics. All BusyTrade Members including Free Silver Members and Premium Members are authorized to login BusyTrade Forum once registered.

For users who only registered as BusyTrade Forum Members, BusyTrade Forum encourages you to submit your company information by completing registration of next step, to register as a BusyTrade Member, or you can enter the Forum directly and start to communicate with other members.

Post Threads & Reply
As a BusyTrade Forum member, your participation is more than just welcomed. You are encouraged to post and reply any threads. Go to specified range or forum, click new and simply fill up the Subject and Message fields to add up an ordinary thread, or you can narrow it down to a poll or a reward.

To participate on any subject, click Reply reply within this specific topic to add up your comment.

Within any posted topic, you can quote other members' comment in your own reply. Simply click the Quote button under any other members' reply and it (they) will appear in your text edit box. You can modify the reply as you like and use the reply in your own feedback.

Once a thread posted, it can only be deleted by the forum moderators and administrators. If you want to delete any threads, please go to Talk with BusyTrade forum or contact the moderator.

Please note that only registered BusyTrade Forum members and BusyTrade members can post or reply on threads. Some threads according to certain articles may require moderators' approval.

Posting Guidelines
BusyTrade Forum is a place designed to enable to communicate, share and discuss with the public at large or with a group, you agree to use BusyTrade Forum only to post and view threads that are proper and related to the particular area of BusyTrade Forum. By way of example, and not as a limitation, you agree that when visiting BusyTrade Forum, you will not:
1. Advertise or offer to sell or buy any goods or services for any business purpose.
2. Post threads with content of self promotion or advertising material in any forms.
3. Post junk mails as topics or replies of any threads.
4. Defame, abuse, harass, stalk, threaten or otherwise violate the legal rights (such as rights of privacy and publicity) of others.
5. Publish, post, upload, distribute or disseminate any inappropriate, profane, defamatory, infringing, obscene, indecent or unlawful topic, name, material or information.
6. Upload files that contain software or other material protected by intellectual property laws (or by rights of privacy of publicity) unless you own or control the rights thereto or have received all necessary consents.
7. Upload files that contain viruses, corrupted files, or any other similar software or programs that may damage the operation of another's computer.
8. Conduct or forward surveys, contests, pyramid schemes or chain letters.
9. Download any file posted by another user that you know, or reasonably should know, cannot be legally distributed in such manner.
10. Falsify or delete any author attributions, legal or other proper notices or proprietary designations or labels of the origin or source of software or other material contained in a file that is uploaded.
11. Restrict or inhibit any other user from using and enjoying in BusyTrade Forum.
12. Violate any code of conduct or other guidelines which may be applicable for any particular use of BusyTrade Forum.
13. Harvest or otherwise collect information about others, including e-mail addresses, without their consent.
14. Violate any applicable laws or regulations.

BusyTrade Forum holds the obligation to monitor forum services and using and reserves the right to preview or review posted threads and to remove any of them in its sole discretion. BusyTrade reserves the right to terminate your access at any time without notice for any reason whatsoever. BusyTrade Forum reserves the right at all time to disclose any information as necessary to satisfy and applicable law, regulation, legal process or governmental request, or to edit, refuse to post or to remove any information or materials, in whole or in part, in BusyTrade Forum's sole discretion. Materials uploaded to BusyTrade Forum may be subject to posted limitations on usage, reproduction and/or dissemination. You are responsible for adhering to such limitations if you download the materials.

Busy Points
The Busy Points System is the credit index that indicates activities of BusyTrade Forum members. Busy Points can be used by BusyTrade Forum members within BusyTrade Forum, which will be earned or awarded by participating forum topics either in the active or passive action. Below is the compute system of Busy Points:

Post a New Thread/Poll/Reward: +10
Reply to a Thread/Reward: +4
Vote a Poll: +4
Labeled Digest: +6

The amount of Busy Points demarcated all members into different User Groups which represented by seven-grades Merchant and are ONLY related to Busy Points credit.

The amount of Busy Points demarcated all members into different User Groups which represented by seven-grades Merchant, e.g. 1st Merchant, 2nd Merchant, etc., and are ONLY related to Busy Point credits.

Posting Rank
Posting Rank is a BusyTrade Member level that can be used to measure members activities judged by the amount of quality threads posted. BusyTrade Forum Members can be distinguished in 5 rankings, which are:

User Maintenance
1. Do I have to register?
Yes,In BusyTrade Forum you have to be registered to post or reply a thread.

2. Does BusyTrade Forum use cookies?
BusyTrade Forum uses cookies to store your login information, last visit, and threads that you have read, but cookie is not required. Based on BusyTrade session database, you can visit without any cookies. But we do that cookies can make it easier for you when you are browsing forums, e.g. they can save your account info in a period and you do not have to type username and password to login. If you logout, your cookies will be cleared. To prevent your account to be abuse, logout when you are using a public computer.

3. How to use signature?
To add a signature to your posts you have to log into your profile and insert into the signature text box the signature you wish to use.
BusyTrade Code and HTML maybe turned off or on. This can effect what you can insert into your signature.

4. How to use my avatar?
Again in your profile there is a place for an "Avatar" and avatar is the image under your Member ID.

5. What should I do if I forget my password?
If you have forgotten your password, do not worry. Head over to the lost password section and fill in the form and your password will be emailed to you.


Using BusyTrade Forum
1. Where can I Login?
There is a button that says "Login" in the menu at the top, clicking this button will take you to the login page, where you can login. Here you simply input your member ID, and your password.

2. Where can I sign out?
You can click "Sign Out" in the menu at the top if you have signed in, signing out can clear cookies related to your account information, which is a recommended safe way when you are using public computer.

3. Can I change my member ID or nickname?
Your member ID cannot be changed once it is set. However your nickname is free to change within your profile.

4. How can I change my password?
The password change function depends on the membership of users. BusyTrade Forum members are not authorized to change password once it has been set. However the password can be changed by BusyTrade members within the password changing section through the company information account system.

5. What does "moderator" mean?
Moderators oversee specific forums. They generally have the ability to edit and delete posts, move threads, and perform other manipulations. Becoming a moderator for a specific forum is usually rewarded to users who are particularly helpful and knowledgeable in the subject of the forum they are moderating.

Post & View Threads
1. How do I post a new thread?
When inside of a forum, clicking on New button, will allow you to post. You need to fill in the Subject and Message, then click on the Post New Thread button to submit.

2. Can I reply to a thread?
Yes, this is done the same as posting a new one, except that you must be in a thread, and you need to click Reply instead of new. Moderators may close a thread to disable members' replying it.

3. Can I delete a thread?
No, but you can edit a post by clicking on the Edit button underneath your message. You can only edit your own posts and sometimes this feature is disabled.

4. How do I edit a thread I posted?
Click the "Edit" button on one of your own topics, edit the subject or content in relevant box and click "Edit Post".

5. What are "smiles" ?
Smilies are the little faces to the left of the input for message, they display graphical faces instead of simply a :).

6. How do I create a poll or reward?
You can create a poll by visiting the forum you want to post the poll Reward in and click on New Poll Reward. The screen following after you click the button is just like a normal new thread page but has an extra box for Poll Reward.

You can vote on polls in threads by visiting the thread with the poll in it and selecting the option you want to vote for, then clicking the submit button. You can only vote on a poll once, so once you vote, you can not change your mind.

The Administrators or Moderators may edit or disable a poll.

7. What does quote mean?
Within any posted topic, you can quote other members' comment in your own reply. Simply click the quote button under any other members' reply and it (they) will appear in your text edit box. You can modify the reply as you like and use the reply in your own feedback.

8. Why has my thread been deleted?
Once the moderator determines your posting is against BusyTrade Forum User Agreement, it will be deleted without notice.

9. Why was my thread moved?
If the moderator determines your posting is more appropriate for another category, it will be moved without notice.
